3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities carried out under your account. Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent signup practices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
3.2 Age Restrictions
Our platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform. LiveLoveSpain complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect information from minors.
3.3 Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or prohibited conduct. Suspensions may be temporary or permanent, at LiveLoveSpain's discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using our services. This includes information about your personal immigration situation used to tailor recommendations.
4.2 Lawful Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.3 Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in activities that disrupt platform functionality, violate laws, or infringe on intellectual property rights. Attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform will result in account termination.
4.4 Security Obligations
Users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts, including the use of strong passwords and not sharing login credentials. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to LiveLoveSpain immediately.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. LiveLoveSpain collects and uses your email address and general information about your immigration situation to provide personalized services. We implement industry-standard measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee complete security. Users retain ownership of their personal data, and data submitted may be retained for legal or operational purposes even after account deletion.
6. Billing and Payment
6.1 Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription options: a monthly plan, a yearly plan, and a lifetime access plan. The monthly plan is priced at €4.99/month with automatic renewal. The yearly plan is priced at €49/year. The lifetime access plan is available for a one-time payment of €149 (€99 for early access subscribers). All plans provide full access to platform features. A 7-day free trial is available for new users.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Auto-renewal can be disabled through the subscription management interface. Users will be notified via email before any renewal charge. Lifetime access plans do not require renewal.
6.3 Plan Changes
Users can upgrade from monthly to yearly plans or to lifetime access at any time. Downgrades from yearly to monthly plans are not permitted. When upgrading from a monthly or yearly plan to lifetime access, the new plan takes effect immediately.
6.4 Refunds and Cancellations
Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but will retain access until the end of their current billing period. Early cancellation does not entitle users to a refund of the unused portion of their subscription.
6.5 Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, users have full access to all platform features. If users subscribe during their trial period, any remaining trial days will be automatically added to their subscription period, ensuring no trial days are lost. If users do not cancel before the trial period ends, they will be automatically charged for their selected subscription plan.
6.6 Price Changes
LiveLoveSpain reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to users in advance and will only affect future billing cycles. Existing lifetime access purchases will not be affected by price changes.
7. Updates and New Features
LiveLoveSpain regularly updates its platform to improve functionality and add new features. These updates are part of the subscription at no additional cost. New tasks, steps, or services will be labeled as 'New' for user visibility.
8. User-Generated Content
8.1 Licensing of Content
By submitting content to LiveLoveSpain, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your content as part of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate laws.
8.2 Ownership of Content
Users retain ownership of their content but grant LiveLoveSpain the right to use it for operational and service-related purposes. Uploaded content must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
9. Service Continuity and Discontinuation
9.1 Service Continuity
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the platform at any time due to business, operational, or legal reasons. Lifetime access does not imply the service will operate indefinitely. Factors such as market conditions, financial sustainability, and unforeseen circumstances may result in the cessation of services.
9.2 Platform Discontinuation
In the event of platform discontinuation, users with lifetime access will receive a prorated refund based on the duration the service was accessible. Users will be notified at least 60 days in advance of any such discontinuation.
9.3 Acquisition or Merger
In the event of an acquisition or merger, the acquiring entity may assume responsibility for honoring lifetime access or may offer equivalent services. Users will be notified of any changes to their access rights resulting from such events.
9.4 Significant Service Changes
If core features are removed or significantly modified, affected users may receive compensation, alternative services, or refunds at the company's discretion. Users will be notified at least 60 days in advance of significant changes affecting lifetime access rights.
10. Third-Party Services

LiveLoveSpain may include references, links, or access to third-party websites, products, or services ('Third-Party Services') for your convenience. These Third-Party Services are not under our control, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for their content, functionality, or practices.

We do not provide, control, recommend, or endorse any Third-Party Services. We disclaim all liability arising from failures or losses caused by or relating to Third-Party Services.
10.3 User Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to conduct due diligence and evaluate the suitability, legality, and appropriateness of any Third-Party Services before engaging with them. This includes verifying information through official sources and understanding the terms of service of any third-party providers.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveLoveSpain and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees paid by the user in the past 12 months.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with LiveLoveSpain, you agree to attempt to resolve it informally through our support team at [email protected]. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Spain, under Spanish jurisdiction.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
